Following our detailed campus inspection and threat assessment, we provide a comprehensive Findings & Corrective Action Report to mitigate risks and strengthen the overall campus safety & security posture.

We identify key areas and building systems that are monitored by local and state agencies and authorizers. Deficiencies are identified by one of our Compliance Inspectors within a confidential and comprehensive Findings & Corrective Action Report. The goal; to keep students and staff safe year around by proactively identifying and repairing deficiencies.
Recommended Cadence: Semi-annual
Additionally, we offer a FLS Documentation Management service, to proactively manage upcoming due dates, agency inspections, and related documentation.

Facility Condition Assessments
We conduct an extensive tour of campus and inspect the physical condition of buildings and grounds. We identify deficiencies, estimate repair/replacement costs, and predict future capital improvement needs. This best in practice assessement helps school leadership make informed planning and budgetary decisions that ensure student safety and optimize the learning environment.
Recommended Cadence: Five-year
Additionally, we offer a detailed Williams Facility Audit pre-inspection as well as proactive corrective repair services.
